Therapy,

Rooted in Being Human.

Who we are

We are a collective of Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who first connected in graduate school. United by a shared belief in the powerful link between mental and physical health, we built this practice on values of diversity and authentic connection. We are dedicated to helping you find balance, healing, and growth.

We are both currently accepting new virtual clients in the state of Colorado.

Our Team

Paula Daccarett, she/her

Paula is a licensed, bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist who obtained her Master’s degree from the University of Colorado Denver. She brings clinical experience from university settings as well as higher levels of care, including Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Paula works with individuals navigating depression, grief, trauma, life transitions, culture shock, OCD, LGTBQ+ challenges, anxiety, and more. Paula is also passionate about working with women, supporting them as they navigate challenges like infertility, IVF treatment, genetic conditions, and more.

In her practice, Paula supports clients stuck in self-criticism or overwhelm, viewing these struggles not as failures, but as protective patterns that once served a necessary purpose. She works collaboratively to explore how past experiences shape present patterns, helping clients build new ways of responding that feel aligned with who they are. Her approach is active, engaged, and deeply relational. Integrating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Paula helps clients dismantle old defenses and build lives that feel authentic, connected, and free. Her work is guided by curiosity, honesty, and a deep belief in the possibility of change, even when it does not feel attainable yet.

Paula believes that finding the right fit is essential to meaningful therapy, and she is committed to cultivating a safe, trusting environment where clients feel truly seen and supported.
